Y&R Spoilers Weekly Recap
This week was a big one in Genoa City. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) decided to officially start dating despite his whole family’s concerns. Sally even told Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), and he seemed to handle it reasonably well, which is quite un-Adam-like.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) continued supporting Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) after she made her amends for all the very bad things she’s done in the past. Those she wronged gave her lots of grace, and she’s seeing the world in color again. Of course, his support came at a price to his relationship with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), and Billy agreed to couple’s therapy in the new year.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) admitted her bad deed — calling Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) to town. That prompted Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) to fire her mom, but the good news is Daniel Romalotti (Michael Grazaidei) was right on hand to offer his mom a new job with his gaming platform at Chancellor-Winters.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) returned to town after helping his mom, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), hide in the Abbott cabin. He and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) tried to get Jeremy to leave Genoa City, but it didn’t seem that their plan worked.
The Young and the Restless Week Ahead
Coming up, expect to see the Christmas holiday in full swing. The Newmans talk the true meaning of Christmas and make holiday plans. Even Diane manages to get an unexpected Christmas gift in the form of Kyle, Summer, and Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) visiting her unexpectedly.
Of course, not everything is festive, though, as Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) recognizes a rival in Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Be sure to check out the daily breakdown below for more details.
