Y&R Spoilers Weekly Recap
This week, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) insisted that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) fire Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Against his better judgment, he did, and Sally handled the whole thing gracefully. Victoria ended up offering her old job to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). As for Nate, he tried to apologize and reconcile with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), but it didn’t end well.
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) continued her downward descent, and both Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) seemed to notice. They tried to engage with her, but it seemed Chelsea was too far gone for that, and by the end of the week, she was atop the roof of The Grand Phoenix, looking down, contemplating making the pain stop.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) wasn’t too pleased with Billy quitting when he did, but she thought it’d ultimately be good for their relationship for Billy to find his passion. She also wasn’t pleased about Billy paying so much notice to Chelsea. Speaking of not being happy, Abby Abbott Newman Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) was awfully irritated by Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), and she told Devon about it.
The Young and the Restless Week Ahead
Coming up, expect to see Adam cross a line, and it’s not quite clear whose line he’ll be crossing. However, given that it’s Adam, you can expect there to be some fireworks once he does it.
Lily sets the record straight, and it likely has something to do with Billy. Not everyone is pleased that he jumped ship at this shaky moment for Chancellor-Winters. Of course, given her feelings about his noticing Chelsea so much, she may not be in the mood to defend his recent behavior.
Kyle Abbott (Michel Mealor) learns some disturbing news, and it could have something to do with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and her connection to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). Finally, Abby catches Chance in a lie, and since she’s already been upset, it probably won’t go well. These two seem headed for a rocky time. Check out the daily breakdown below for more details.
