Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is about to realize she made a huge mistake trusting Jeremy (James Hyde). He isn’t just a schemer or a scoundrel, he’s a monster. She’s going to learn a hard lesson when she goes up against him. As Jack (Peter Bergman) puts it, “This man is a murderer. There’s no stopping him from killing again.” It looks like that’s just what he’s about to do!
He has Phyllis right where he wants her at the motel. “If you think you’re going back on our deal, I will put you in a shallow grave,” he warns. Phyllis claims he doesn’t scare her, but once Jeremy picks up some sharp scissors, her facade fades. She runs screaming into the next room with Jeremy close behind. The Young and the Restless History
Y&R made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in.
