Y&R Spoilers Video Preview

Diane (Susan Walters) is a woman at the top of her game. Her redemption is complete (or so she says), and she has Jack (Peter Bergman) by her side. Oh, what a life! She even brags about it all to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). “Jack and I are back together already,” she boasts.

Nikki doesn’t like that news at all, and she doesn’t even try to hide it. “That’s unfortunate,” she says. “He’s such a smart man…except when it comes to you.” Should that statement sting? Maybe. But, Diane has her guy, so opinions be damned!

Nikki isn’t the only one unhappy with the reunion. Kyle (Michael Mealor) is none too pleased as well. “I think your relationship may be what finally blows up this family,” he warns his dad. Will Jack heed what his son has to say? Nope! To hell with the naysayers! See it all for yourself in the sneak peek video below.

The Young and the Restless History

Y&R made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in.

From Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) family machinations to Traci Abbott’s (Beth Maitland) heart to the complicated love story of Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), Y&R knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more.

Y&R: Bringing the Drama

More than 45 years of gripping drama as well as love in the afternoon have kept this CBS daytime soap on the air and winning Daytime Emmys. It was created by William J. Bell and Lee Phillip Bell and is currently written by Josh Griffith.

The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes. For more about what’s coming up in Genoa City, check out all the latest that’s been posted on Y&R spoilers, and for an in-depth look at the show’s history, click here.
