Y&R spoilers point to Phyllis about to ruin a relationship with another one of her children. First, she drove Summer so crazy at work that Phyllis’s Supergirl was first to fire her. Now, she’s not only butting in on Daniel’s work project, she’s flying to Portugal to talk Heather into taking Daniel back.

Young & Restless Bad Girl
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) used to be a horrible person. Yes, even worse than she is now. She didn’t just lie and cheat and steal. She also tried to kill people. Namely, Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell). Phyllis now realizes how horrible she used to be. (She doesn’t realize how horrible she is now, but that’s a different story.) This means Phyllis must realize she has some serious karma coming her way.
Y&R Spoilers: Bad Moms
Phyllis lied about Daniel’s paternity. Her lies were part of the reason why she lost custody of her son. Phyllis had very little to do with Daniel while he was living with his adoptive dad, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian).
Now that Daniel is back in her life, it’s obvious that she is terrified of losing him again. Which goes a long way toward explaining why she wants to control his new video platform AND his relationship with Heather Williams. It’s Phyllis’s way of holding onto her baby boy.

Second Y&R Chances
Phyllis didn’t lose Summer (Allison Lanier) when she was little. But Summer moving to Italy with her husband Kyle (Michael Mealor) brought up all of Phyllis’s fears that she still could. We bet Phyllis is constantly petrified of Summer finding out everything her mother once did — and turning her back on her. Phyllis needs to have eyes on Summer at all times, so she can make sure her daughter still loves her.
This does explain some of Phyllis’s crazy behavior. But it doesn’t make it any easier to watch. Chill, Phyllis. The kids are all right.
