Y&R spoilers tease that Tucker McCall is swearing that he’s back to woo ex-wife Ashley Abbott. Well, and to take over a whole bunch of companies and rule the universe like father and son with Devon Hamilton. But, mainly for Ashley. Ashley, for her part, has made it clear that they are never, ever getting back together. Which is why we wonder whether Tucker might look elsewhere…like Traci Abbott’s way.
Y&R Spoilers Speculation: In My Sister’s Shadow
Traci (Beth Maitland) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) have shared men before. Primarily Brad Carlton (Don Diamont; now Bill on Bold and the Beautiful). He was married to Traci and fathered her late daughter, Colleen. Brad then married Ashley and played Daddy to her daughter, Abby Newman Abbott Carlton (Melissa Ordway)…until Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) usurped paternity.
Traci always felt overshadowed by her gorgeous, talented sister, and the insecurity came through even while she was married to Brad. If a man who was once obsessed with Ashley were to turn his attention towards Traci, she’d be flattered…and wary.
Young & Restless Spoilers: Nip and Tuck
Tucker (Trevor St. John) would first need to convince Traci that this wasn’t a rebound…or a plot. But charm is kind of his brand. And he could even be sincere. This is a man who’s never known someone truly sweet. It could have a big effect on him.
Y&R Spoilers: There Is A Precedent
Besides, even if she thought he was using her to get to Ashley, Traci might still be intrigued. Remember how she wrote a whole book in a week about a rogue based on Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard)…and then found herself falling for him as she read back what she’d written?
Yeah, Traci likes the bad boys. She should find Tucker right up her alley. And if it also comes with the chance to get the man her big sister discarded? Yeah, we can see this working…for both of them.
