Y&R spoilers suggest that Summer will do anything to protect Phyllis. She’s lying to Jack, she’s putting her marriage to Kyle on the line, and she’s furious with Daniel for trying to get Diane’s murder charges dropped. She has lost all sense of reality — or, at least, priorities. Summer will do anything she has to to protect her mother. Could that include seducing Chance?
Y&R Spoilers Speculation: Rule of Law
Chance (Conner Floyd) may have told Jack (Peter Bergman) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) that their evidence against Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is useless. But that doesn’t mean he’s ready to sweep Phyllis’s crimes under the rug. He is going to keep digging and he is going to keep looking for her. Unless Summer (Allison Lanier) stops him.
Young & Restless: Love Me Do
Summer has made it clear that Kyle is less important to her than protecting Phyllis. Their marriage must fall into the same category. Meanwhile, Chance is still reeling from his breakup with Abby (Melissa Ordway).
There has been some flirting with Sharon (Sharon Case), but that’s not going anywhere. Summer has already played the “Help me, Chance Wan-Kenobi, you’re my only hope” card. Why not take it further? Why not seduce Chance, make him think she loves him…and then ask Chance for one teeny, tiny favor?

Y&R Spoilers: Help Wanted
Even if Chance realizes that Summer is using him — he’s not too bright for a former undercover agent, but neither is he braindead — he might decide to roll with it. After all, why should he help Jack and Kyle? They’re Abbotts, and so was his ex-wife, Abby.
Chance knows that the Abbotts are only for themselves. So why shouldn’t he follow their example? Summer will think she’s home-free. Until the affair with Chance comes to light. And Kyle once again stomps his foot and tries to keep his jaw from trembling.
