Why are we even discussing this, 10% of the audience wonders. Victor always gets his way. Victor always succeeds. Victor always wins. Now that he has an inside man like Kyle (Michael Mealor) actively working with him to sabotage Adam’s Jabot position, how can he fail? Would Victor even know how?

Of course, Victor will come out on top, 34% of you agree. But you aren’t worried about Adam in this scenario. You’re worried about Victor. Adam will recover. He’s used to being screwed over by his old man. But, won’t someone think about poor Victor?

What if he does everything he can to make his son happier — this includes ruining his professional career — and Adam still doesn’t appreciate the depth of his father’s love? What if Adam (Mark Grossman) isn’t grateful for Victor’s scheming? What if Adam is angry? What if he doesn’t understand that Victor is only looking out for his own good? Can you imagine how that will break Victor’s heart?

Then again, 56% of fans suspect Victor will fail because Adam is onto him. Adam has figured out his father’s plan for him, and he is already working to rip it out by the roots. Adam won’t let himself be hurt by Victor again. He’s one step ahead of him — always.
