Victor (Eric Braeden) put Nick (Joshua Morrow) on the hunt for evidence about Ashland’s (Richard Burgi) real past, and he knows Billy (Jason Thompson) is after the same prize.
But Victor has no doubt that he can do the job faster and better. Which is why Ol’ Vic is feeling pretty good about himself as he heads off to confront Ashland. Will another round of isn’t it an amazing coincidence how similar our pasts are keep The Mustache at bay?
Young and Restless Spoilers: Second In Command
Billy decided that Ashland’s lawyer, Jesse, is the way to get the dirt on his ex-wife’s fiancé. Billy tried the old, hey, don’t we know each other bit? That didn’t work. Then he suggested their dads once worked together. That didn’t work either. Finally, Billy remembers that money talks. And that he’s got plenty of.
Sure, his mother invested it in the media company. She likely didn’t mean for it to be used as a bribe in a personal vendetta. But, hey, Jill (Jess Walton) isn’t around. And Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), may huff and puff. But, eventually, she always lets Billy do whatever he wants.
Y&R: Never Send a Man To Do a Woman’s Job
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) decides if you can’t beat ’em, join ’em, so she volunteers to help Nick find out who Ashland really is. She begins by asking the kinds of questions that instantly pique Victoria’s interest. Victoria wants to know why her brother’s girlfriend is nosing around. Oh, you know, reasons.
