The Y&R spoilers for Friday, September 10, 2021, end the week with a bunch of unanswered questions lingering in the air: Sharon Rosales is curious about where Adam Newman stands with Chelsea Lawson, Nikki Newman is wondering if Victoria Newman is having second thoughts about her impending nuptials, and Ashland Locke wonders what Billy Abbott might have dug up on his past.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
The last real encounter Adam (Mark Grossman) had with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), she was framing him for trying to kill Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) – and getting away with it. Sure, they’ve had to be civil when passing Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) back and forth, but that’s hardly a relationship. More like a hostage negotiation.
So why is Sharon (Sharon Case), who has repeatedly promised her husband that she won’t bother with Adam anymore, suddenly so interested in where matters stand with Adam and the mother of his child?
Sure, she can claim the usual; she’s worried about Connor, as all adults in Genoa City are required to be by law. (Rey even took time out from policing to return Connor’s lost baseball cap!) But we suspect it’s more than that.
Young and the Restless: Headed to the Chapel
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) continue to butt heads as they plan Victoria’s wedding…even as Nikki wonders what her daughter’s financé is hiding.
Billy (Jason Thompson) would like to know that, as well. So far, all he’s managed to dig up is that Ashland (Richard Burgi) had a relationship with an older woman, then bought her husband’s companies when he died. On the grand scheme of business schemes, especially in Genoa City, this doesn’t seem like such a big deal. Ashland swears that it wasn’t. So why is he so determined to keep Billy from learning any more about it?
