The Y&R spoilers for Tuesday, October 19, 2021, deal with unfinished business, as Sally Spectra makes it clear Adam Newman isn’t finished with her, Nicholas Newman is finished with Victor Newman – yet again, and Jack Abbott should really, really finish with Phyllis Summers.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Sally (Courtney Hope) and Adam (Mark Grossman) are just business associates. And this isn’t a date. It’s a business outing. Adam helped Sally get her wedding gown into Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) hands. But that benefited his company, too. She shouldn’t read much into it.
So how much should Adam read into the kiss Sally gives him? (Or the fact that, prior to kissing him, Sally felt blown off by Jack Abbott?)
Young and the Restless Spoilers: Favorite Son
Nick (Joshua Morrow) went off on his own to find out the truth about Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and present it to Victoria. But that wasn’t how Victor (Eric Braeden) wanted to deal with it. So Victor dismissed Nick’s concerns and teamed up with Adam to make sure his precious daughter’s wedding went off without a hitch.
Nick was very unhappy when he found out. He pouted to Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) about it, and then he went to pout to Victor. Is Nick about to make yet another break with his domineering father?

Y&R: Shoulder To Cry On
Only Phyllis could listen to Nick lament about his family… and hear it as an indictment against her. Nick apologized and Phyllis claimed she understood. But then she went running to Jack (Peter Bergman), the man who earlier confessed to still being in love with her.
This couldn’t possibly be about Phyllis’s ego. Or about her wanting to stick it to Nick. Or about Phyllis always wondering if there isn’t something better around the corner, no matter which man she’s with. Or whom she hurts.
