How many times does Victoria (Amelia Heinle) have to keep repeating herself? No, Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow), she has not lost her mind. No, Nicholas, she is not lovesick, and, no, Nick, she is not being petty. She’s made her decision. She is leaving town with the only person in Genoa City who has ever treated her like an adult, and not a slow-witted child.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) called Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) out on his obsession with being Victoria’s protector. Well, Nick is in the same boat. Let his grown up sister live her grown up life. Without her baby brother constantly lecturing her!
Young and the Restless: Team Up
And while Victoria is telling Nick to mind his own business, Mama Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Papa Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) are disregarding their daughter’s wishes and making plans to bring her home and reprogram her.

They’ve let this independent thinker phase of Victoria’s go on for far too long. It was one thing when she was independently agreeing with everything Nikki and Victor wanted. But this is the last straw!
