The Y&R spoilers for Friday, July 8, 2022, prove that the Newmans are convinced their Ashland Locke problems are over since Nikki Newman is moving on by bugging Jack Abbott about Diane Jenkins, while Sally Spectra is there for Adam Newman’s latest setback, and Sharon Rosales gives Nick Newman advice he actually considers.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
While her husband and children squabble over their hot potato of a family company, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is ready to move on to other issues, namely Diane (Susan Walters), the woman Nikki “killed,” being back in town and killing Nikki’s buzz. Nikki wants her gone.
And since she presumes the reason Diane is sticking around is that not only is son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) willing to reconcile with her, but he’s even given her a job at his new company. Nikki goes straight to the source of that company’s funding — Jack (Peter Bergman) — and demands he defends his choice to support Kyle’s reunion with Diane. Because it is totally her business to do so.
Young and the Restless: You and Me Against the World
A smug Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) teased Adam (Mark Grossman) that not only was he about to be demoted, but that he’d probably also get dumped by his girlfriend once his demotion caused her to be demoted as well. But does that really sound like Sally (Courtney Hope)? Her response to Adam’s news will not be what Billy expected!

Nick (Joshua Morrow) appears to be sitting at the coffeehouse, just waiting for various people to come in and tell him whether or not he should rejoin Newman Enterprises. Nikki put in her two cents on Thursday. Now it’s Sharon’s (Sharon Case) turn. And when those two want the same thing, we know there’s nothing Nick can do but give in!
