Y&R spoilers for Monday, August 23, 2021, confirm that no one in Genoa City trusts Victoria Newman to make her own decisions. Victor Newman questions her fiancé, Nikki Newman questions her wedding plans, and Lily Winters questions why Billy Abbott is so invested in both.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
The last time Victor (Eric Braeden) had Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) on the ropes, he cleverly convinced the ruthless mogul to sell Victor his media company – by refusing to call an ambulance while Ashland was having a heart attack. That’s what we call a good business negotiation!
So Victor figures he’ll have no trouble figuring out if Ashland is marrying Victoria (Amelia Heinle) for her – er, Victor’s – company. But how many times will Victor prod before Ashland loses his good-natured tolerance…and strikes back?
Young and the Restless: Seating Arrangements
Meanwhile, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is helping Victoria plan the wedding. But she is starting to think it’s getting out of hand. Yes, the same Nikki who has had how many weddings? Will Victoria bring that up as her mother pushes back? And will Nikki also lose her good nature?

Y&R spoilers tease that Lily (Christel Khalil) has been the definition of a good sport when it comes to her new live-in love, Billy (Jason Thompson), continuing to obsess over his old – but she’s the mother of my children! – love, Victoria.

He claims he’s just being a good newsman, covering every single detail of Ashland Locke’s divorce, corporate merger, and remarriage. (Billy must think he’s owed after he lied about the coin toss that awarded him Ashland’s company, and not Victoria. Victor still won in the end, anyway.)
But Lily thinks there’s more to this than kids and business. How many times is she going to have to ask Billy what he’s really up to – before she just doesn’t care anymore?
