The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR): The Custody Battle Comes to A End

The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal the fate of Christian Newman is in a judge’s hand and he comes to a final answer about who will raise Adam’s little boy.

A Bitter Family Feud
Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Victor (Eric Braeden) have spent weeks in a vicious back and forth over Christian’s future. The Mustache is terrified of letting go of his last link to his son and Nick has been heartbroken over the loss of the little boy he thinks of as his own.

An Upsetting Victory
The last time the Newman men hit the courthouse Victor got his way, but barely. He didn’t have anything on Nick so had to go after Sharon instead. All her mental health issues and misdeeds were laid out on the table, with the judge fearing Sharon would have yet another disastrous breakdown.

Playing With Fire
It was then Nick realized he would have to fight dirty – and fight dirty he did. He used every weapon in the Newman arsenal to take his father down. He interrupted Victor’s meeting with the social worker, dug into his dad’s health records, and even went after his mother.

Thankfully, going to the dark side paid off!

Nick Wins Custody!
This time, it’s Nick who comes out on top. He convinces the judge he and Sharon are the better choice to raise the tiny tot. With them, Christian will have two functioning parents instead of ailing seniors getting help from a nanny. He loves his son to no end and will do everything to raise him the right way.

Expect the little family to celebrate through tears when Nick arrives home with Christian in tow. Sharon and Nick now plan to start their life together with Christian permanently in their home and part of their family. Well, as long as Adam stays away.
