Devon tells Lily (Christel Khalil) that it was just two old friends reconnecting. Lily lets her eyes roll so far back in her head, she can probably see her brain.
What is wrong with Devon? Did that car accident — that happened as a result of Hilary — make him incapable of learning from his experiences?
Then again, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) wasn’t in any accident, and she keeps listening to Hilary. Devon’s “reconnecting” with his ex is making Mariah insecure enough that she just might do Hilary’s work for her!
