The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR) for Thursday, November 30 are all about the new normal for the Abbotts, as Jack has to deal with a deteriorating Dina, and Ashley lays down the law to Gloria.
Deck The Halls
Jack (Peter Bergman) took a leave of absence from Jabot so he could be there for Dina (Marla Adams) during her illness.
He goes out of his way to make this holiday season the best one ever (likely because he expects it to be Dina’s last one ever). But Dina doesn’t want to play along.
Now that her family knows the truth about her Alzheimer’s Disease (though didn’t they kind of self-diagnose that? The doctor never gave them an official result to his tests), Dina isn’t inclined to keep up the facade that everything is fine. She is snappish and self-centered. Then again, isn’t that how she always was?
Meet The New Boss
Even though their friends-with-benefits relationship petered out, Gloria (Judith Chapman) had finally hit a nice balance with Jack as a boss.
She respected him, he respected her, everyone was happy.
Except here comes Ashley (Eileen Davidson). Ashley Abbott is in charge now. Which means things are going to change. Starting with Gloria….
Son Set
Cane (Daniel Goddard) lost Lily (Christel Khalil), and he’s afraid of losing Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry), too.
But it’s baby Sam that Cane should be most worried about. The tot was born premature, and he’s still in the NICU. Lily is there when the doctor calls to say he needs to see Cane, ASAP. Will she support her ex-husband? And will Juliet’s son be the thing that, ironically, reunites the estranged pair?
