The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Lily’s mistake, Cane’s cover-up, and Devon’s heartbreak causing everyone to say things they’ll live to regret!
A Torn Family
Neil (Kristoff St. John) has his work cut out for him playing referee as the whole truth about Hilary’s accident comes out – the raging car fight, Lily (Christel Khalil) running the red light, and Cane trying to silence the teens.
Tempers flare, heated words are exchanged, and finger pointing ensues.
All the while, the wheels start spinning in Devon’s (Bryton James) head and he comes to a stunning conclusion about what REALLY happened.
An Accusation of Murder
The second Devon gets Lily alone he lays his suspicions out. He doesn’t think this was an accident at all. He thinks his sister killed Hilary on purpose!
It all makes sense to Devon. Lily never liked Hilary right from the get-go. She was against Hilary when she married Neil and even more when she and Devon walked down the aisle.
Lily did everything in her power to break them up and even rejoiced when they divorced. She even locked Hilary in a room to stop her from getting pregnant.
Devon slings mud every chance he gets. Lily hated Hilary being pregnant and wanted her out of their lives. What better way then to get rid of Hilary and the baby at the same time? She made sure there’d be no going back.
Lily’s Left Reeling
Lily is horrified and Devon’s words sting deep. Yes, she couldn’t stand Hilary but there’s no way she’d do anything like this on purpose, especially to Devon’s child.
The accident is something Lily will regret for the rest of her life and she’ll beg for Devon’s forgiveness for weeks to come.
