The Young and the Restless Spoilers, Wednesday, July 10: Lola Loses It

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal fame, fortune, and stardom on the horizon for Lola. As long as her mother doesn’t ruin her chances, that is. Watch for Celeste to overstep and overshadow Lola in the coming episode and it will not end well for either of them.

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) has big things in mind for her favorite chef. She wants to take Lola (Sasha Calle) on as a client and brand her to high heaven. Viral videos, cookbooks, a logo, the whole nine yards. Why not make her a household name and make her signature dishes world famous?

Lola’s not sure about all this at first but quickly warms up to the idea. She could be a role model from humble beginnings who rose to the top. Why not? It’s most people’s dreams come true.

Lola, Mariah, and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) head back to her place to film their first video. Mariah wants to present Lola in an organic way — her own kitchen, her own outfit, her own style. It’s almost perfect.

Of course, there always has to be someone causing drama. This time it’s Celeste (Eva LaRue). Mama Rosales questions nearly everything about the venture from filming, to putting the cooking show online, to the way Lola is dressed.

In fact, she is downright mean about Lola’s “drab” outfit and Lola just tries to grin and bear it as she has for weeks.

Thankfully, Mariah knows just what to do. She calls on Kyle (Michael Mealor) to hop on over and bring a smile to his fiance’s face. The plan works. Kyle saves the day and Lola gets through the filming of her favorite recipe. Ah, life is good. Well, not if Celeste has anything to say about it!

Expect Celeste to go after Lola again and cause a bit of a scene. This time, however, it’s Lola herself to make a stand.

She accuses her mother of overstepping and makes it clear this isn’t the first time. Enough is enough. If her mom love, support, and simply be proud of her it’s time to move out!

Spoilers reveal Celeste packing for the club. Her daughter made it through hell and back without her so she’s lucky Lola is allowing Celeste in her life at all. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
