The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, March 8 promise the day we’ve all been waiting for. Victoria finally gets the chance to speak for herself, and Billy teams up with Nick to save her… and stick it to Phyllis!
I Am Woman, Hear Me Roar
With all the lies Victoria (Amelia Heinle) has told, Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) refused to risk putting her on the stand. He knew Christine (Lauralee Bell) would tear her to shreds.
But now that he’s been lied to over and over again, Michael has decided to let Victoria testify. He says he’s putting domestic violence on trial.
However, doesn’t his earlier fear still apply? Why should the jury believe Victoria? Won’t they think she’s just lying again to save her skin?
Especially after Tessa (Cait Faitbanks) testified about how Victoria threatened to frame her, then was part of the cabal that kidnapped Tessa, tied her up, and left her out in the cold?
She’s the one who now sounds violent and unhinged. So why would the jury sympathize?
Strange Bedfellows
Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Billy (Jason Thompson) both love Victoria… and (currently) hate Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). Wouldn’t it be awesome if there was some way they could help one while screwing the other?
The two unlikely partners team up to make both things happen. They’re convinced JT is still alive, and finding him sure would put a crimp in the prosecution’s murder case, wouldn’t it?

Although there would still be assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, and getting rid of a body, so it’s not like they’d be able to just waltz out of court.
Also, since Phyllis testified against Victoria, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), and Sharon (Sharon Case), JT turning up alive would make her look bad.
Of course, this would also make it easier for Billy, Jack (Peter Bergman), and Kyle (Michael Mealor) to take back Jabot. And, isn’t that their ultimate game?
