The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, June 25 reveal a day of possibly false promises and romantic obstacles. Nikki has a chance to go around making promises like Victor has been doing, while Elena and Devon’s relationship faces a challenge getting off the ground.
Second Round
Last week, Victor (Eric Braeden) finally got tired of Adam (Mark Grossman) sassing him and threw him off his property. He finally decided to show Victoria (Amelia Heinle) some respect and name her CEO… even though Adam taunted his sister by revealing it had been his idea.
Finally, Victor even apologized to Nick (Joshua Morrow) for trying to take his son away from him, and for supporting Adam trying to take Nick’s son away from him, but admitting he may have been… what’s the word… less than 100% right.
Now it’s Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) turn. Her sins aren’t as severe as Victor’s, but she has some amends — and some promises — to make. Will she apologize to her kids for always taking their father’s side over theirs?
Will she apologize to the rest of Genoa City for it? Namely, Jack (Peter Bergman), but a few other people, too. Or will Nikki double down and continue lying about Victor’s illness…no matter who it hurts?
Moving On
Devon (Bryton James) hallucinated Hilary (Mishael Morgan), then suffered a panic attack. Elena (Brytni Sarpy) made sure he calmed down and was medicated. Still, Devon admitted he feels guilty moving on with life — and love — when Hilary is gone. Elena stressed over it.
But now it’s a new day and a chance for a fresh start. Will Devon see the good thing he’s got going with Elena and look towards the future, or will he keep hiding in the past? And if he does, will he ever admit that Hilary may not have been the greatest woman who ever lived?
