The Young and the Restless Spoilers, Thursday, June 27: Just One Kiss

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a surprising kiss turning Traci’s life upside down. She wished for it, she wanted it, but now that she has it does she REALLY want it as much as she thought?

Traci (Beth Maitland) is nearly speechless when Cane (Daniel Goddard) pulls away from their kiss. She dreamed of this moment for such a long time. Cane is hot, sexy, successful, and freshly on the market.

A guy like this has all the charm to sweep any woman off their feet and boy, is Traci ripe for the picking. But, is this how Cane sees Traci?

The kiss shows he is interested but they both know he is still getting over his wife. Heck, Traci just wrote an entire novel about Cane and Lily (Christel Khalil). So, where do they go from here? Could they have a future or is this a one-time kiss?

Traci speaks first and she’ll apologize for her part in what led to this moment. Cane apologizes too, but should they really be sorry?

They liked it, right? They’re both single, right? So, what’s the harm? Traci knows all actions have consequences and makes Cane promise to take a step back, at least for now.

So, they go back to being friends and immediately jump back into discussing her book instead of discussing the elephant in the room. Expect them to ignore the real issue and play nice instead. Is that the right move, though?

Even when they leave one another, they can’t stop thinking about each other. Cane ends up at Society with Billy and offers some new philosophies about life and attribute them to Traci.

Meanwhile, Jack asks Traci how her book is coming along and she announces she finished the first draft. She mentions how Cane helped her with inspiration and like clockwork, Cane calls.

Jack can’t help but notice how happy his sister is talking to Cane and realizes she showed him her book before he even got a look.

Traci could use some love in her life. Cane definitely needs to move on from his marriage. They’re both kind, sweet, and loving and seem to hit it off well.
