The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, October 19 reveal more truth bombs about to drop on more than one of your GC faves.
Dina has yet another secret to share. Because the last few have gone over really well. Plus, Nick has questions about Rey, but Sharon puts her foot down.
Stay Away, Rey
Nick (Joshua Morrow) wasn’t pleased to find Sharon (Sharon Case) and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) covered with whipped cream… even if Lola (Sasha Calle) was there to play chaperone.
Nick wants to know more about Sharon’s hunky – and frequently shirtless – boarder, so he questions Rey.
Sharon tells Nick to back off. He has no right to her life anymore. And no, using Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) as an excuse won’t change it. Sharon and Nick are never, ever getting back together.
Geriatric Mama Drama
Let’s review what we know about Dina (Marla Adams). She abandoned her husband and three young children because she was bored.
She flitted around Europe and married a super rich guy who was considerate enough to die and leave her his company.
She returned to Genoa City and completely blew up Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) life by revealing John wasn’t her father. Some deadbeat tennis pro was.

On this latest, go-around, the deadbeat’s vindictive stepson managed to wreak havoc in the Abbott family, including manipulating the public revelation of Ashley’s paternity, which made it easier for Jack (Peter Bergman) to invoke the Blood Abbott Clause against Ashley.
Then, due to her numerous affairs, Ashley was able to convince Dina that Jack wasn’t John’s son, either. Which sent Jack reeling for months, and lead to a brief grave robbery stint for Kyle (Michael Mealor).
(And now Rey and Arturo want to use that grave robbery stint against him.)
But of course, none of this was Dina’s fault, because if she couldn’t remember her sins, that magically made them disappear! (Or, at least that’s what everyone hoped for. Wishful thinking, of course.)
Except now, Dina has another secret to dump on her family. Hey, Traci (Beth Maitland), maybe it’s your turn to get on this merry-go-round!
