The Young and the Restless spoilers tease a bombshell day of courtroom drama once again! As this nearly-year-long story comes to a close (we hope), things get more complicated than ever.
Detective Liar!
Brittany (Lauren Woodward) calls Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) to the stand and everyone in the room holds their collective breath.
She paints him as a manipulator who was using Sharon (Sharon Case) from the beginning to groom her into spilling all about JT. He befriended her, he rented an apartment from her, he got her a job, and then he even romanced her. It does not get more cut and dry than that!
Rey denies the shocking accusation. He and Sharon were friends, nothing more than that. But, the seed was planted and when Christine got up to question Rey, his secret came to light.
Oh what a tangled web we weave when we make out with people we’re investigating. The detective is at a loss as the DA questions his love for Sharon — while his (fake) pregnant wife is staring him right in the face. It’s a no-win.
And, just like that, under oath Rey tells the truth (because the law matters only when he is caught). Yes, he said he loved Sharon and he meant it. But, that is not the reason she confessed.
Christine gets her win (for now), the jury is shocked, and Mia is totally blindsided! (Although we’re not sure why she didn’t see this coming.)
Fake Pregnancy Alcohol Syndrome
Mia goes on home in a full on rage, forgets she is “pregnant”, and crack open a nice cold beer. After a few swigs she remember about the fake baby and sets the brew on the table to stew until Rey gets home.

“Look what you almost made me do!” She screams. Sure, Rey deserves her fury, but he does not deserve the blame for her drinking problem. That doesn’t stop Mia, though.
She rips Rey a new one and throws their ‘miracle’ in his face. They just got on track only for her to find out he is in love with another woman!
Rey better smarten up or Mia will pack up her non-existent baby bump and leave town with the baby that will never exist!
