The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) raw breakdown for Wednesday, May 9 promise ultimate betrayal and a family showdown! Get ready for an emotional episode.
At the screening, Jack (Peter Bergman) is stunned speechless by the revelation. Sadly, Dina (Marla Adams) doesn’t realize her explosive claims have ended the screening prematurely, and she lashes out.
Crushed by the shocking news, Jack leaves the theatre.
A short time later, he is sulking at the bar with Billy (Jason Thompson). The younger Abbott tries to assure his brother Dina’s claims are probably fabrications she is spinning because of her condition.
Jack is skeptical, but more than that, he wants to know the person behind the plot. The preview he saw was nothing like what everyone saw.
Back at the screening room, Charlie is shellshocked someone hacked his video. The version he had was nothing like the finished film.
At the bar, Billy continues assuring Jack; he is an Abbott. Jack is dubious and drowns himself in liquor. Eventually, they both leave.
A short time later, Jack is back at the Abbott house demanding to know why no one told him about the paternity secret. Abby and Ashley speak up and stun Jack to his core….continue reading on the next page —->

At Crimson Lights, Lily and Cane present Charlie with a fake Oscar for his documentary. The family celebrates his first film project. Charlie humors the family and gives everyone a speech. However, he is still bothered by the hack.
Back at the Abbott house, Jack demands to know how the clip made its way into the documentary when it was supposedly destroyed. No one has an answer…
Elsewhere, Cane is still bothered by the disastrous night. As much as he wants to push it aside, it won’t leave his mind, and Lily is worried.
Eventually, the family leaves Crimson Light, but Cane stays behind to take care of some business…
Across town, Dina walks in on the family discussion and demands to know why she’s not included! Dina chastises her children about being honest and respectful, but Jack won’t have it anymore. He is done with Dina. The jaded Abbott shuts his mother down with a startling comeback!
Dina is thoroughly shocked to her core. Ashley, Abby, and Tracey manage to take the agitated woman away from Jack. Ashley also reminds him Dina is old and can’t hurt them anymore.
Jack refuses to believe Ashley and continues to lash out. Suddenly, there is a knock on the door. It’s Cane, and he’s there to figure out who used his son as their scapegoat!
It’s a confrontation no one saw coming…
