Back at the house, a frazzled Vicky is on the verge of a meltdown. As soon as Nikki drops by to check on things, She spills all to her mom. Vicky wants to tell Victor everything. Nikki’s reaction and response shock Victoria to her core.

Elsewhere, Phyllis trashes the evidence and updates Vicky. The mother and daughter are relieved by the news.

At Jabot, Kyle alerts everyone the paperwork is all set. As soon as the signatures are there, they will roll out the IPO. Billy warns him that crossing Victor will result in dire consequences.

Kyle brushes off his comments and heads into the boardroom.

At the office, Neil lays down the law and shocks Hilary, Devon, and the rest of the office staff.

At Crimson Lights, Nikki shows up and asks Sharon (Sharon Case) for help.

At Jabot, the votes are tied, and it’s up to Phyllis to make a decision. Lauren reminds Phyllis about her place in the company and the redhead folds. She votes to make the company go public.

Back at Vicky’s house, the mother and daughter return to their conversation about telling Victor the truth. Nikki is completely against it. If they tell him everything, he will use it on Phyllis and Sharon in the future.

And, he will even use it against them. It’s best to bury the secret, the same way they buried JT. Vicky seems reluctant to the idea.

Suddenly, an agitated Reed appears and demands to know where his father is. Sadly, Vicky tells him the truth: JT tried to kill Victor, and now he’s on the run. Reed is shocked beyond words.

Back at Jabot, Kyle is elated by the outcome. However, his jubilation is shortlived. Ashley shuts him down with a bombshell….continue reading on the next page —->
