The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday April 16 promise deep regret and absolute shockers!
JT (Thad Luckinbill) is sprawled out inside Vicky’s (Amelia Heinle) bedroom. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) goes to feel a pulse and alerts everyone that JT has none. Sharon confirms it. Before they have a second to digest the news, there is a knock on the door!
At the hospital, Nick (Joshua Morrow) pours his heart out to Victor (Eric Braeden) about life, love, and everything else in between.
Back at Vicky’s house, a drunken Mariah (Camryn Grimes) pounds on the door demanding everyone let her in. Frozen in their tracks, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Sharon (Sharon Case), Phyllis, and Vicky panic.
Outside, Mariah tries the knob and realizes it’s unlocked. She pushes the door. In a flash, Sharon is on the other side of the door and helping her daughter downstairs.

However, Mariah suddenly stops her mother and alerts Sharon (Sharon Case); she remembered something right before she passed out. Sharon is filled with anxiety and gently prods Mariah on what she remembers.
Mariah blurts out; she’s afraid she told everyone she kissed a girl. At that moment, Sharon realizes Mariah (Camryn Grimes) is still very intoxicated and needs to leave Vicky’s house immediately, but instead her daughter passes out on the couch.
At the police station, Christine and Paul (Doug Davidson) clash over Jack’s attempted murder case.
At the hospital, Nick (Joshua Morrow) continues his heartfelt confessional. Sadly, the powerhouse Newman is unable to respond to his son. That is until he hears Nick mention JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) name.
AT that moment, Victor shocks Nick when he does something remarkable!
Back at Vicky’s house, Sharon is back in Vicky’s room to update everyone on Mariah’s condition and is stunned by shocking news Vicky is dishing out.

Vicky drops a huge bombshell.JT (Thad Luckinbill) was the one who pushed Victor down the stairs. Everyone is beyond shocked, except for Phyllis, who uses the information in an attempt to sway the women.
She wants them to think about the situation and do what the unbelievable!
At the police station, Paul continues to knock heads with Christine. Suddenly, a call comes in with stunning news.
DNA evidence points to JT. Paul (Doug Davidson) is devastated. Christine resists the idea, but Paul shuts her down with irrefutable proof JT was the one who pushed Victor (Eric Braeden).
The news hits her like a ton of bricks.
At the hospital, Victor struggles to communicate with Nick. Sadly, Nick is wrapped up in his confessional and doesn’t realize he should stop and listen to his father.
Victor is beyond frustrated!
Back at Vicky’s house, the women see a call on JT’s phone. It’s from Nick! They don’t pick up.

The women are shocked to see him. Paul notices something is off and demands to know everything.
Quick-thinking Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) spins a sordid tale that passes Paul’s radar. Then, Vicky (Amelia Heinle) sends Paul on a goose chase.
Back at the hospital, Victor (Eric Braeden) manages to tell Nick the explosive truth: JT did it!
Nick (Joshua Morrow) immediately calls Paul (who is now back at the station). The police chief puts out a warrant for JT’s arrest for attempted murder.
Back at the house, the women continue spinning the situation until they’re neck deep in mental chaos.
Caught in the moment, Nikki makes a startling revelation about her own experience in an abusive relationship. Everyone is blown away by her admission!
Downstairs, Mariah wakes up to the news on TV that JT is wanted for attempted murder. Suddenly, she is completely sober! In the other room, the women come to a terrifying solution to their problem.
