In the other room, Charlie shows Lily his prom outfit and she is thrilled! Lily also updates Charlie that a camera crew will be following them during parts of their prom. Excited, Charlie begins to plan the night and realizes he has a huge problem that could ruin prom for Shauna…
At Jabot, Phyllis spies Kyle and goes over to give him a piece of her mind. She knows he is up to no good, and she has a very stern warning for him!
Across the hall, Billy and Jack knock heads in Jack’s old office. Billy talks progress while Jack retaliates. He will not allow his younger brother to take his company.
At HW, Devon sees a moment and updates Hilary about the situation Lily alerted him to earlier in the day. Hilary had lied about being a prom queen on her talk show. It did not go unnoticed. The girl who was the prom queen took the issue online and it went viral.
Hilary is stunned, but not surprised! She spills all to Devon about her drama at her own high school. His reaction is anything but harsh.
In the other room, Maddie comes to Charlie’s rescue, and the night is saved!
Elsewhere, Jack refuses to allow Billy to make the changes he needs. The brothers have certain ideas for the future of the company and they clash with each other. Steamed, Jack leaves.

Later on, Kyle is at Crimson Lights to meet with Jack. When his father arrives, the young man can tell Jack is rattled. Jack is more than rattled, he wants to make a drastic change and he wants Kyle to take the dive with him!
Forget Jabot, they have something else much greater they can do. And, they can be a team! It’s a jaw-dropping statement that leaves Kyle stunned to his core.
Elsewhere, Arturo takes up Abby’s offer, he will go to Miami with her! It’s going to be a trip to remember!
Back at Jabot, Jack drops by and updates Billy on his decision. Jack resigns and he is done with the company. He wants to break free and leave the drama of the company behind and start anew.
Kyle is there, but when Jack asks Kyle for his support. The young man turns his father down. Shocked that he has no support, Jack leaves….
