The busy businessman turns down her offer and leaves for the office. As soon as he arrives, Lily alerts him to an interesting situation concerning Hilary and the live show she did the day before.
Not long after, Abby drops by to see Lily and updates her on a surprising new development, Abby has met a man she is enamored with. Lily is intrigued and wants all the details!

Elsewhere, Billy makes a startling revelation to Phyllis. She is beyond disgusted by the discovery! It turns out Jabot management did not make the best decisions in the past leading to some major issues currently plaguing the company!
Back at HW, Abby continues to unload on Lily. She is desperate and needs to find someone to fill the seat for Miami. Lily throws her a curveball and tells her to ask Arturo! Shocked, Abby wants to know if he’ll get the wrong idea about her.
Back at Jabot, Billy details his plans for the company. Phyllis is stunned but supports him!
Back at HW, Shauna is prepping for prom with Hilary’s help. Hilary has more than enough dresses for Shauna to choose from and a team for hair and makeup. The teenager is thrilled and confused by her generosity!
In the other room, Charlie shows Lily his prom outfit and she is thrilled! Lily also updates Charlie that a camera crew will be following them during parts of their prom.
