The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, April 27 promise overwhelming guilt and absolute heartache for several Genoa City power players.

At Vicky’s house, Reed is over the moon with joy. Overshadowing his happiness is the fact that JT is MIA.

A guilt-ridden Vicky wants to throw him a farewell party and alerts Reed everyone will be there to celebrate, except for his father. Reed is completely heartbroken.

At the bar, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) stops Devon (Bryton James) and puts him on the spot. He needs to accept the fact they are having a baby together!

Elsewhere, Kyle offers to take Dina (Marla Adams) out to lunch. He wants to squeeze out as much gossip from her as possible!

At the Ranch, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor (Eric Braeden) discuss the day’s schedule, and she leaves. As soon as she is out of sight, the powerhouse player makes a phone call.

Back at Vicky’s house, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy (Jason Thompson) arrive.

Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) is on edge and freaks out at every little thing that catches her off guard. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) are worried about her strange behavior.

Elsewhere, while Reed and Billy discuss boarding school stuff, Phyllis takes Vicky into the other toom to update her about JT’s situation.

Reed leaving is the best thing for them. Vicky (Amelia Heinle) agrees with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), but that doesn’t lessen her heartache.

At the hospital, Hilary is thrilled to update her doctor about the pregnancy.

In the meantime, Arturo arrives at the Ranch to meet with Victor (Eric Braeden). However, no one else is there besides Victor. The Newman promptly tells the handyman the meeting is just for them.

At the Abbott house, Kyle and Dina almost make it out the door, but Abby stops them.

Back at Vicky’s place, Sharon and Nick arrive at Reed’s farewell party. All the women gather in the other room, and they start to argue.

Elsewhere, Simone listens to Devon list of his reasons for entering a baby-making partnership. Then, She drops a bomb on him. Devon is blown away by her claims.

Back at Vicky’s (Amelia Heinle) house, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Billy (Jason Thompson) muse about the women’s changing relationship.

Their conversation is interrupted when Abby arrives at the party.

Over at that ranch, Victor (Eric Braeden) puts Arturo on the spot about his skillset and the scope of the project. Arturo is taken aback by the sudden change in Victor.

Back at the hospital, Hilary is devastated by the heartbreaking news. She had a false-positive! She is not pregnant.

In the meantime, Sharon’s guilt continues to devour her. It becomes worse as she listens to Reed talk about JT.

At lunch, Kyle gently urges Dina (Marla Adams) to say his name. She’s flustered and panics when she can’t remember. Kyle continues prodding her for information.

Back at the farewell party, Sharon takes Reed aside to apologize. Completely thrown off by her apology, Reed brushes it off.

Elsewhere, Hilary approaches Devon and asks to speak with him in private. Simone is present, and Devon refuses to leave.

Simone can hear whatever she needs to say to him; they’re not hiding secrets from each other. Frustrated, Hilary leaves.

Back at Vicky’s house, a guest arrives. He was not expecting it at all. It’s Maddie, and she’s there to patch up old wounds.

On the other side of the room, Sharon is fixated at the fireplace. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) observe her from afar and conclude they need to do something about Sharon before she cracks.

At the Ranch, Victor (Eric Braeden) puts Arturo on notice. The young contractor leaves, confused by his behavior.

At the studio, Mariah teases Hilary about her pregnancy and all the baby items pouring into the office. Hilary hasn’t told anyone, and it’s looking more difficult by the minute.

Elsewhere, Kyle and Dina are back from their afternoon outing. Abby is surprised to see Dina beyond delighted by the day with Kyle.

In the meantime, the Hilary is live, and Mariah is gushing about all the baby items fans have sent in. Hilary struggles through the motions, she’s tearful and tethering on the verge of a breakdown. Suddenly, she spies Devon watching the show.

Back at the Ranch, Victor (Eric Braeden) tells Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) to fire Arturo or else!

In the meantime, Vicky and Reed rehash the farewell party. It was wonderful, but JT wasn’t there. Vicky breaks.

Over at the bar, Phyllis threatens Sharon; if she doesn’t get her act together, she’s going back to the mental hospital…
