The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Lola Makes A BIG Choice!

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a life-changing New Year’s Eve in Genoa City as a brand-new love triangle kicks into high gear.

Devon (Bryton James) throws quite the party at his penthouse. As the bubbly flows, Cane (Daniel Goddard) indulges and by midnight ends up as the proverbial drunk guy passed out on the couch, except he really is the drunk guy passed out on the couch.

Lola (Sasha Calle) uses the evening to try to forget her failed romance with Kyle (Michael Mealor) and instead talks work and how nervous she is to head up the kitchen and create a menu for what is sure to be GC’s newest hot spot.

Meanwhile, Kyle uses the evening to conveniently run into Lola and try to patch things up between them. And, Lola isn’t having it.

She rips into Kyle once more for giving her such an extravagant gift and not acknowledging the differences between them.

Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Arturo (Jason Canela) witness the scene and wonder what’s going on, so Lola admits that she and Kyle broke up. Abby is stunned, while Lola tells them it’s just fine.

Of course, Fen (Zach Tinker) is highly intrigued by this information and knows he may finally have his chance with the budding chef.

When midnight strikes, confetti flies and Lola throws caution to the wind, grabs Fen, and gives him a passionate New Year’s kiss.

A crestfallen Kyle looks on with his heart breaking asking himself how something so good could go so wrong so fast.

Is this a hot, new triangle getting off the ground running? Remember, as the old saying goes, whoever you kiss at midnight is who you end up with that year. So, is this really the end for Kyle and Lola and should it be?
