The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a trying day for Cane. He will finally see Lily face to face and the encounter ends worse than he could ever expect.
Lily (Christel Khalil) meant it when she sent over those divorce papers. Cane (Daniel Goddard) can cry, he can fight, and he can beg, but it will not make a difference. She is over, out, and done for good.
However, divorce is not even the worst part. Spoilers reveal Cane will head to the prison to see his wife and find out she has some shocking plans in the works. Their lives will take a turn he could never expect.
Lily isn’t just closing the door on her life with Cane, she is leaving Genoa City as well. She needs a fresh start in a new place when she gets out of prison. Oh, and that will be soon. She is getting out early and will be free in a matter of days.
What does this mean for the Ashby kids? As far as Lily’s concerned, the teens are old enough to handle this. They have lived without her for the better part of a year and everyone is A-Ok. In fact, they will soon be off to college anyway.
As for Sam – well, he will need another new mom. Lily came to love the little boy but facts are facts. He is the product of one of Cane’s affairs and not really her baby. She will always love him but cutting ties would be the best thing for everyone.
Spoilers reveal the heartbreaking situation proves to be too much for Cane. He made mistakes along the way but has loved Lily for as long as he can remember. He loved her and now he has lost her, and he will never be the same. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
