The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, November 21 reveal a Thanksgiving to remember in Genoa City as characters let the past dictate their present and future actions.
Victoria reaches out to Billy, even as both of their lives are crumbling around them, and Devon lets down his guard so that everyone can know just how sad he is.
You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional and tender episode.
Villy Or Won’t They?
Thanks to Sharon (Sharon Case) pimping out Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Sharon and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) were able to get their hands on the flash drive with the footage of them, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) getting rid of JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) body.
(Well, they got one of the flash drives, anyway.) Victoria than destroyed it with a sledgehammer and assured Sharon she felt like they’d gotten their lives back.
So why then, would Victoria reach out to Billy (Jason Thompson)? Sure, they’ve got kids and probably Thanksgiving plans to make but, really, the dude is a mess.
He’s reporting to Phyllis at Jabot, he slept with Summer (Hunter King) just to get back at her mom, and no one claims his gambling problems are under control after that blink-and-you-missed-it stint at rehab.
Victoria has enough on her plate at the moment. Why in the world would she want to add her loser ex-husband into the mix?

Perhaps she thinks Billy can help her with the JT mess. But, then again, how? (We mean, he’s Billy.)
Woe Is Me
Devon (Bryton James) lied to Neil (Kristoff St. John), Cane (Daniel Goddard), and the kids about why he couldn’t spend Thanksgiving with them and Lily (Christel Khalil).
Nate (Brooks Darnell) caught Devon having a party when he was supposed to be working and frowned at him.
Devon eventually confesses that he is only doing this because he is the only person in Genoa City who lost someone this past year, and he is absolutely the only one not celebrating the holidays with the woman he loved.
Will there ever be a day when Devon tries moving on with life without feeling sorry for himself?
