She begs Billy to keep an eye on Kevin because she’s convinced Adam is forcing him to do something nefarious. Billy still wants Chloe to just go to the police and put Adam behind bars, but Chloe is adamant.
Finally, Billy agrees to do what she asks but then gets his own idea. And when Billy gets an idea things rarely end well.
After saying goodbye to Chloe, he heads home to the Abbott mansion and makes sure nobody is there before he pulls out a gun.
