Ever since Adam (Mark Grossman) returned to Genoa City, Billy (Jason Thompson) has recalled that he used to have a daughter named Delia, she died, and Billy is very sad about it.
Billy has been dreaming that he hears Delia’s voice calling to him, begging Billy to protect her from Adam, pondering guns, breaking and entering… the works. He’s also been chewing gum, which Victoria (Amelia Heinle) felt obliged to point out.

Now, just before he’s about to do something weird, Billy pops a stick of spearmint. It’s what he did right before Adam received a text ordering him to report to the side of the road. Delia was killed by the side of the road. And now it’s payback time for Billy!
