The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a bombshell day of courtroom drama. The custody battle comes to a shocking and bitter end. We all know both men lost, so who won?
It’s a day that will go down in history. Nick (Joshua Morrow) lost custody of his son AGAIN and the child goes into the care of family AGAIN.
History repeats itself and his son is taken from his loving arms and whisked away to sleep in a new bed, in a new room. At least he will be with people who love him.
This time, it’s Victoria (Amelia Heinle) who gets custody. She becomes his caregiver for the next 30 days (at least) while the judge gives the men time to clean up their lives, adjust their attitudes, and prove they can give Christian the life he deserves.
But wait, there is another twist coming! The men will have visitation rights, however, neither is allowed to be alone with the boy. It’s supervised access ONLY for both Adam (Mark Grossman) and Nick!
While all this is devastating to Nick, it’s a bit of a win for his younger brother. At least Adam will be able to see the kiddo and no one can stop him. Okay, sure, he will have someone breathing down his neck the whole time but seeing his son is worth it.
Poor Nick is forced to go home, pack his son’s things, and send him away. He and Victoria are determined to make the transition as smooth as possible but Christian’s entire life will turn upside down.
This is definitely not the end of the drama, though. The men have to work to tear each other down and build themselves up over the next month. The hearing will look like child’s play compared to the next session before the judge. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
