The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, June 27 reveal another comeback day in Genoa City where everything old is new again. Let’s find out about our newest arrival.

Following Michelle Stafford’s return as Phyllis, we have Elizabeth Hendrickson gracing our screens again as Chloe. It’s almost like there’s a new regime in they want to get the show back to a whole other place. Should we be looking for Eileen Davidson next? Maybe even Ravi?

Oh, we also get to see Traci celebrating being done with her book… with Cane. It looks like her book is taking off in real life now.

Happily Ever After
Traci (Beth Maitland) has spent weeks mooning over Cane (Daniel Goddard). Her late daughter, Collen’s, best friend’s husband. Of course, Lily (Christel Khalil) and Cane are on more than just a break. They’re divorced. And it was Lily’s idea.

So Cane is a free man, and Traci is free to fantasize about him. She’s lucky enough to even have an outlet for her fantasies.

The books she just finished, where the characters bear a striking resemblance to Traci, Lily, and Cane, as well as a host of other familiar GC faces.

She’s so inspired, she finished the book in what feels like a few days — and mostly off-screen. She then reads it to Cane, who was inspired to kiss Traci in praise of her talents. (Most people just order their own copy on Amazon.)

How will they continue their celebration — on-screen? Is this really heading in the direction of a brand-new romance or will Traci end up extremely hurt?

Adam (Mark Grossman) is holding Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) hostage in order to get Kevin (Greg Rikaart) to do his dirty work for him. Also because she tried to kill him. More than once.

Kevin tried to kidnap Phyllis to use her as leverage against Adam. Phyllis escaped. Also, Adam doesn’t care. Kevin is bad at this.

Will he and Chloe be able to work better together in order to bring Adam down? Once Kevin finds her, that is?

Well, the odds of that are much better now that Bella’s mama and Esther’s daughter is back on our screens, instead of just being talked about. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
