The Young and The Restless Spoilers: Billy Confesses EVERYTHING!

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a conflicted Billy who just can’t live with a secret… but also can’t face the facts about his own self.

Billy (Jason Thompson) managed to buy his way into that high-stakes poker game without realizing it’s all a setup from Kyle (Michael Mealor). Today, he has to explain to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) where he’s going, so of course, he tells her it’s a business trip.

Phyllis insists on going with him so they can have a little getaway with just the two of them, but Billy says she won’t have any fun with him in Jaboutique meetings the whole time.

And then, something just snaps and Billy feels the need to spill his guts. He suddenly makes an about-face and tells Phyllis he’s been lying through his teeth.

As he begins to confess everything about the poker game, it becomes clear to Phyllis and us that Billy is lying through his teeth to everyone… including himself.

As Phyllis sits there silently with an absolutely horrified look on her face, Billy explains that this poker game is it… meaning it’s his chance into the big leagues with high rollers.

He feels he’ll finally be able to prove himself if he can just win this ONE game. He describes poker as more than just gambling. It’s also skill and takes a calculated and cunning brain to pull off a win at this level.

Billy even goes so far as to tell Phyllis that he truly feels he’s not a gambling addict, he’s just someone with this uncanny ability to play and win. (He’s forgetting a WHOLE lotta history here.)

So, all this time he’s not had a problem. Other people are just telling him he has a problem and it’s time he stops listening.

Phyllis barely says a word through Billy’s entire unhinged speech, but then gets the shock of her life when he begs her to go with him and support him.

Her jaw practically drops to the floor, but will she do it? Will she throw caution to the wind and her support behind her boyfriend, who is clearly in some serious denial?
