The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Proposes To Sharon

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, August 20, 2019 promise a day of shock and surprise in Genoa City for some of the town’s biggest players.

Expect a huge proposition for Sharon and a cross-examination for Michael he does not see coming. You won’t want to miss a moment of this stunning episode.

Win-Win For All
Adam (Mark Grossman) made a promise to Victor (Eric Braeden). Adam is going to win custody of both of his sons, and then he will destroy Victor. Silly Adam. Nobody beats Victor. Ever. You got that?

As for custody of the boys, well, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) has been a fine mother to Connor (Judah McKay) — if not a fine human being overall — so the odds of her losing her son are slim.

Nick (Joshua Morrow) is the more iffy case, as Adam is Christian’s biological father, and the judge did take Christian away from both of them — temporarily — as Nick has been known to do his own ridiculous things to beat his father.

But you know what would raise Adam’s standing in front of the judge with both boys? If he wasn’t a single parent, the way Nick and Chelsea are.

And if the pair decide to pair up to claim they can provide a stable, two-parent home for Christian and Connor well, then, Adam has an ace up his sleeve.

How about a mommy in the form of Sharon (Sharon Case)? Christian already loves her.  (Heck, she originally thought she gave birth to him and named him Sully.) And Connor can grow to love her.

The big question is, can Sharon grow to love Adam? And will she accept his marriage proposal? After all, Sharon and Rey were getting along mighty fine the other day…

Tell Me Sweet Little Lies
Lauren (Tracey Bregman) has kept her counsel — more or less — about some of Michael’s (Christian J. LeBlanc) more covert activities of late. But him teaming up with Adam is pretty much beyond the pale.

Lauren demands to know what’s going on. Will Michael tell her about Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson)? Or, will he spin lie on top of lie?
