The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, August 27, 2019, reveal the beginning of Billy’s big breakdown.
The real Billy is slipping away and Gum-Chewing Billy is taking over more and more each day. And, both have a target on Adam’s back. Rumor has it, things will soon turn ugly so you definitely do not want to miss a single episode.
Billy (Jason Thompson) used to be one of the bad guys. His gambling caused more problems than anyone could count, he’s lied, cheated, backstabbed, and caused wars. However, he is not a killer — at least not yet.
However, the trauma of losing his daughter (and perhaps his part in it?) caught up to him again and this time, his guilt and mourning have him doing some dangerous things.

In fact, he’s even conjured up a whole new identity and this one has no qualms about taking down Delia’s killer. All he needs is a pack of gum, a weapon, and the opportunity. (We’re not sure why he needs the gum.)
Gum-Chewing Billy will soon start plotting ways to take out Adam (Mark Grossman). He’ll have to be sneaky, he’ll have to be tough, and he’ll have to be more clever than Adam.
In fact, he gets his start tomorrow when he follows Adam to the park and watches from afar as he spends quality time with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Connor (Judah Mackey). He makes sure to chew that stick of gum as the menacing look appears on his face.
