The Young and the Restless
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, August 5 reveal a day of suspicions, confrontation, and celebrations. Adam makes threats to Nick he’s in no position to deliver, Phyllis has an odd theory about Theo, and Mariah plotting some wacky hijinks. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.
Looking Ahead
Adam (Mark Grossman) is so confident he’ll get custody of Christian — even though the judge called it more or less a draw on the last go-around — that he feels comfortable taunting Nick (Joshua Morrow).
He tells him once Christian knows Adam is his dad and Adam has full custody, Nick will never be able to see the boy again!
That sounds like an awful big case of counting your chickens before they’re hatched. Adam has a lot of skeletons still left to dig up — and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) has been doing some pretty serious shoveling.
She’s not happy about the trick Adam paid on her at all and she’s determined to make this dastardly Newman pay.

Phyllis was totes excited when it looked like Theo was going to deliver a bunch of influencers to her hotel opening. Of course, that was before she found out the hotel was not in Genoa City — Adam double-crossed her.

Phyllis wasn’t careful enough with Adam, so now she’s being super-careful with Theo – and she isn’t loving what she’s finding out. Especially since the guy is also dating Summer (Hunter King).
Mariah Knows Best
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) wasn’t happy to hear that Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) left Sharon (Sharon Case) over her involvement with Adam.
So Mariah — who is currently dating the woman who blackmailed her mother and stole Mariah’s private journal – thinks she knows best and will scheme to get her mom and Rey back together.
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal invites Sharon to Lola’s (Sasha Calle) bachelorette party…but declines to mention that Rey will also be there since it’s combined with Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) bachelor party.
