The war over the billion dollar computer program is heading court. Upcoming “Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Summer is winds up stuck in the middle of the Newman-Abbott war once again.
Summer (Hunter King) gets a subpoena ordering her to testify how Passkey ended up in Jabot’s hands. Telling the truth may greatly help Newman, but it could have serious implications for Natalie (Mara McCaffray), Billy (Jason Thompson), and especially, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni).
Will Summer find it within herself to speak with honesty–even if it means sending her mom to jail? Daddy Nick (Joshua Morrow) makes sure that Super Girl knows that it’s not her fault that her mom committed a crime, and the best thing for her to do is go on the stand and tell what she knows. If she lies, she could get into a heap of trouble–and may even end up in jail.
Poor Summer is getting it from all sides. Nick wants her to tell truth, but she knows doing that could send her mom to prison. On the other hand, her grandpa went to jail over this whole ordeal and going against the Newman family would be yet another blow that it might not survive. What’s a girl to do?
Summer has to decide between perjury to save her friends and mother, or hanging them out to dry. The future of key Genoa City players rests in her hands.
