Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor’s Attacker Revealed?!?!

There’s big news coming as “The Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal exactly who attacked Victor Newman (Eric Newman).

After lights out, the prison warden visits The Mustache and provides him with the shocking news. It wasn’t a fellow inmate who stabbed Victor at all. It was a prison guard who led the attack–a guard who has been caught and fired. He tells The Great Victor Newman that the threat is gone, and he can rest easy from now on.

The Warden’s admission may be designed to make Victor feel safe, but it does the opposite. If a guard was the one who put the makeshift knife into Victor, then that means there’s someone out there lining the pockets of the officers. Despite the warden’s assurances that the attack seemed unprovoked, Victor better watch his back around everyone and flush out every possible enemy.

Does this mean that Ian Ward (Ray Wise) is back in the running for the title of Victor’s biggest nemesis? Ian seems to have a lot of power in the prison with nearly every guard in his corner. He wanders the halls after dark and has more privileges than any other inmate.
