Victor’s future changes again when his bail is revoked and he’s back behind bars. But, this time, it may be for good! The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that the Newman Patriarch is going to have a very bad day.

A confrontation between Victor and the Abbotts gets ugly when The Mustache goes head-to-head with Jack (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis. More than just harsh words are exchanged when Victor threatens Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and makes sure she knows she’s going to pay.

Victor’s threat isn’t taken lightly, and the law gets involved. Victor (Eric Braeden) was only out on bail and was expected to behave if he wanted to keep his freedom. Much to his shock, he’s thrown back behind bars and must now come up with a new plan to protect himself.

To make matter worse, Victor can’t come to an agreement with his lawyer. She recommends he takes a plea bargain for a reduced sentence, but Victor doesn’t plan on doing any jail time. When he fires his representative, he’s left to fend for himself.

Victor now has to find a new lawyer, and a Plan B to fight back. He’s about to lose it all–his freedom, his position at his company, and his family. Hopefully, Victor can find a trustworthy lawyer  who’ll stand by his side despite the destruction he bestowed upon Genoa City.
