Victor’s trial takes a shocking turn, according to “The Young and the Restless” spoilers (Y&R), when the Genoa City titan takes the reigns in his own defense.
Before Victor (Eric Braeden) decided to play lawyer, things were looking pretty bleak. Christine made out to be a monster, and Michael didn’t come to his rescue. Now that Victor’s in charge, the tables take a shocking turn!
Everything will change when Victor calls Jack (Peter Bergman) back to the witness stand. It’s The Mustache against Jackie-Boy, and things get interesting when Victor fires question after question that discredits Jack completely. They’re mortal enemies, with each going above and beyond to destroy the other for years and years.

The clouds break open and a ray of sunshine breaks through for Victor when he pins Jack to the wall about having Michael (Christian LeBlanc) throw his case. Is what Jack did any worse than Victor did when he put Marco in his place. Both men were wrong, but each did a very dirty deed with the best of intentions.
Will hearing about the aggressive 30-year Abbott/Newman war be a game changer for the jury? Victor may not be innocent, but he’s certainly not the only bad man in town.
Victor as his own attorney may have sounded crazy at first, but it’s given him a strong upper hand that no one saw coming. If Victor so much as touches the heart of ONE sympathetic juror, he could walk out of that courtroom a free man.
