Miss Patty-Cakes is back and she wants a huge favor from her big brother. Upcoming “Young and the Restless Spoilers” reveal that Patty’s had enough of being locked behind bars–and she demands Paul get her out of there.
While Patty (Stacy Haiduk) is aware that Paul (Doug Davidson) isn’t a fairy godfather and can’t grant her the wish of going home, she does know that he can have her transferred back to Fairview.
The popular, yet sketchy, treatment facility may not be her happy place, but it’s a lot better than the deteriorating conditions where she and Kitty are live now.
Before Paul can fulfill his sister’s odd request, he has a few questions for her first. He asks her what she remembers about her time with Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) and if she can tell him more about what happened when she killed the psychiatrist.

Patty drops a bomb that Paulie wasn’t expecting. Patty had to kill Dr. A to protect “the baby.” She tells Paul part of the saga about how the doctor did something horrible to the infant, and that Patty was only doing what she had to do to make it stop.
Will Paul realize that Patty knows a lot more than they ever realized, or will he think her foggy story is nothing more than another of his sister’s frequent episodes? Patty isn’t known for being the most lucid of the Genoa City residents, but she has been the key to other big cases in the past.
