There’s a light at the end of the dark tunnel for Sage and Nick Newman, according to new Young and the Restless spoilers. The couple suffered the most devastating loss imaginable (or so they think), but they haven’t given up hope on becoming parents.
Sage (Kelly Sullivan) has decided to try to motherhood again, but this time in a different way. Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sage decide to adopt and meet with an adoption counselor on Friday.

The pair may even have a new baby sooner than most adopting parents would expect. A young mother has seen their file and looks forward to meeting with them. Despite some preliminary warnings about birth mothers changing their minds, Sage can’t contain her excitement. By early March, a pregnant girl appears played by soap vet A Martinez’s daughter, Devon.
While this is great news for the Nick and Sage, it does come with some complications. With the truth about Sully revealed soon, Christian will be back in Sage’s arms. Will she still want to adopt when she finds out her son is alive?
