The death of Dr. Anderson (aka Sandra Allen) was a shock to fans as they wondered who had the motive, the mean, the opportunity, and guts to stab the not-so-good doctor. While there was much speculation at the end of Monday’s show episode that Patty (Stacy Haiduk) was the culprit, fans weren’t sure she was capable of such a heinous crime. Now Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Patty seems to be the one who stabbed the doctor in the back–literally.
Patty knew all the doctor’s secrets and demanded that she tell the truth! She knows Sharon was never pregnant and put two and two together that the child in Sharon’s arms is really Sage’s son!
The doctor can’t deny her evil plan any longer. While the rantings of a mad woman wouldn’t seem like a threat to many doctors, no matter how true they are, Patty’s brother is the chief of police. If Patty opens up to him and makes enough noise, he just may believe her.
Sandra tries to control Patty with a potent injection, hoping to subdue her. The doctor’s plan backfires when Patty uses her trusty kitty to knock the needle out of the doctors hand. A struggle ensues, and Patty ends up stabbing the doctor in self-defense!
Her death isn’t the end of this story. The doctor’s murder leaves more questions than answers for Genoa City residents. Why didn’t Sandy admit who she was right away? Why did she work so hard to destroy a family all these years later?
