For the week of April 1 – April 5, on The Young and the Restless, spoilers tease characters falling apart while other relationships reconnect. The drama also includes disagreements, temptations, and confessions. You won’t want to miss this week of Y&R.
Conversation Starter
Anytime Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is involved conversations are cranked up to eleven. That’s because he loves to give his unwanted two cents, he creates or inflames conflict, and/or goads an enemy or two. But this week is a bit different. First, he shares a surprising encounter with Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). The two recently had an interesting conversation while Phyllis was hungover. Is this the continuation of that? Or something different? (Meet Cassie and Mariah’s “Twin” from Y&R’s What If episode here)
Second, Lily (Christel Khalil) and Devon (Bryton James) disagree about Billy’s role at Chancellor-Winters. This is surprising because you’d think the siblings would agree on where they wanted Billy and his opinions to go. And, finally, look for Billy to make a promise to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Is this about Connor (Judah Mackey) or maybe their relationship? It doesn’t feel like they’ve had much alone time lately.
Wake-Up Call
Ashley needs help and everybody knows it…except for her. But maybe that’s about to change when she has a rude awakening. Will this involve another one of her family members or Tucker? Or does this happen while she’s solo?
Whatever happens causes Ashley to confess to Traci later in the week. Hopefully, this will begin Ashley’s journey to discover what’s wrong with her.
Odds and Ends
In a Genoa City relationship round-up, Audra (Zuleyka Silver — Soap Hub says this is Audra’s true love) and Tucker (Trevor St. John) aren’t in the best of places. She’s still questioning his motives. Interestingly, two other people share an unexpected encounter. Look for Nick (Joshua Morrow) to reconnect with Lily. Yes — Nick and Lily! Is this a one-off or the beginning of something new?
Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters) discuss her future at Jabot. This was bound to happen with her and Kyle (Michael Mealor) clashing.
Finally, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) again gives in to temptation. Does she handle this on her own, or will she call on her sponsor, AKA Jack Abbott?
