Next Week on Y&R
The Newmans can’t stay away from high-stakes drama next week.
In Genoa City, get ready for Adam (Mark Grossman) and Billy (Jason Thompson) to have another heated interaction. Billy has to be tired of the hit pieces Newman Media unleashes that sully his name and reputation. And Adam is tired of Billy, period, especially when Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) defends her ex.
When Adam pushes Billy too far, Billy fights back…with his fists.
Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) strikes an unexpected deal. And if you tuned into the show’s video preview at the end of Friday’s episode, then you will know that Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) brings a potential collaboration to Victor. She tells him that she stole the super-secret and powerful AI weapon from Cane (Billy Flynn).
And she wants to know if he’s interested in teaming up (presumably). How does Victor respond? And if they do work together, will they use the weapon on Jabot? Is this why she really stole the program?
LA Action
As for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle), they arrive in Los Angeles and are ready to support Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case, who talks about how she helped pick the new Noah) as they wait for Noah to heal and then wake up from his coma.
Elsewhere in LA, Holden (Nathan Owens) sees a new side to Claire (Hayley Erin). If he’s seeing a new side to her, then maybe he’s actually getting a glimpse of the old Claire, the one she was before she became a Newman and started living in Genoa City.
And if Nathan really is seeing this side of her, then something is wrong and dramatic, and everybody needs to check their drinks to make sure they aren’t laced with anything.
Genoa City Odds & Ends
Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) have kissed and admitted their feelings. And now there’s an awkward vibe that has entered the chat. Next week, look for the two to set some ground rules for this new phase of their relationship, the one where they choose to ignore what’s in front of them.
As for Cane (Billy Flynn, who revealed what Cane’s true goal is), he decides to make another confession to Lily (Christel Khalil). Will he tell her that he can’t give her his AI weapon even if he wanted to, because someone stole it? Hopefully, he’ll tell her that he suspects Phyllis did it, and this will set up a Lily versus Phyllis scenario.
Finally, so far, Nick has been doing all the snooping and investigating in LA. He wants answers to how his son was run off the road. He has already questioned Sienna (Tamara Braun). Now it’s Sharon’s turn. With Nikki and Victoria at the hospital, Sharon is free to search for her own answers. Unfortunately, her search will send her down a dangerous path. Will Sharon be okay?
